  1. Combine the sugar and yeast with 1 cup water and leave in a warm place to rise.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together egg, corn flour, whole wheat flour, and the activated yeast.

  3. Knead to a smooth dough using warm water. Roll out small portions, sprinkle with water and then with choker.

  4. Cook in a pan on medium heat for 8-10 minutes on each side. Serve with hummus.
