  1. Mix flour and whole wheat flour with salt and knead well to make a smooth dough.

  2. Leave it to rest for an hour. Divide the dough into 8 portions. Roll a portion out flat. Spread with 1 tsp Eva Cooking Oil and slice in half down the middle.

  3. Tightly roll up the two halves of dough into cones. Twist each cone into a ball and roll it out again into a flat circle.

  4. Heat 2 tbsp Eva Cooking Oil in a pan and fry the paratha on both sides.
