  1. In a bowl add beef, salt, and black pepper and mix well.
  2. Heat the Eva oil and butter in a pan,add sauté onion, capsicum, mushroom, red bell pepper, and yellow bell pepper.
  3. Add salt and black pepper and mix well.
  4. Remove and set aside.
  5. Heat the Eva oil in a pan, add beef and fry on high heat for about a minute.
  6. In the same pan mix with vegetables.
  7. Remove and set aside
  8. In a pan place heat the butter and place 1 tortilla bread sprinkle, and spread tomato sauce evenly.
  9. Spread same beef fried and add cheddar cheese, mozzarella Cheese, and jalapeno slices on top.
  10. Flip it with the remaining tortilla half.
  11. Serve with avocado, guacamole, salsa, and sour cream.
