0/0 steps made- Heat the Eva Cooking Oil in a frying pan on medium-high heat. Oil is the right temperature when cumin seeds crack immediately after being put in the pan.
- Add, mustard seeds & cumin seeds after seeds crack add green chilies, grated ginger and stir for few seconds. Add curry leaves, onions and fry.
- Reduce the heat to medium. Add chana dal for little crisp in the dish. Add all the remaining spices, turmeric, garam masala, salt, hing, ginger garlic paste, amchoor powder and for 3 min.
- Add potatoes and mix well with Masala. Stir fry for 4-5 minutes. All the potatoes should be coated with spices.
- Turn off the heat, squeeze half of the lemon and add cilantro. Mix it well and serve it hot.
