  1. Grind together bread slices, chicken, salt, black pepper, egg, mustard, garlic, onions and 3 tbsp Eva Canola Oil to a fine mince.

  2. Shape the mince into round patties the same size as the burger buns. Take care there are no cracks or breaks in the patties.

  3. Heat 4 tbsp Eva Canola Oil in a pan on medium heat. Fry the patties for 12 minutes, turning once. Separate the buns into top and bottom halves.

  4. Toast the inner side of each half. Spread 1 tbsp ketchup and 1 tbsp mayonnaise on the bottom half.

  5. Follow with sliced tomatoes and lettuce. Place the patty on top of the lettuce, top with a slice of cheese. Cover with the top half of the bun.
