  1. Combine sugar and yeast with 1 cup of water and leave in a warm place to activate.

  2. When the yeast has activated, mix it with the whole wheat flour, choker, egg, salt and Eva Cooking Oil, and knead for 10 minutes to a smooth dough using warm water.

  3. Set it aside to rise. When the dough has risen, divide into 6 portions. Roll out each portion lightly, brush with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  4. Either bake in the oven or cook in a pan for 15 minutes. Serve.
