  1. Rub the chicken with garlic, salt and black pepper. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Put flour in a plate.

  2. Beat the eggs and pour onto another large, flat plate. Dip chicken pieces, one at a time, in flour, then egg, then flour again.

  3. Heat the Eva Cooking Oil to medium hot. Add the coated chicken pieces. Do not overcrowd the pan.

  4. Cover the pan and let the chicken cook undisturbed for 6 minutes. Turn the chicken pieces over, reduce the heat and cook covered for 10 minutes.

  5. Turn chicken pieces once more. Cook covered for 6-8 minutes. Turn the chicken one last time. Cook for 2 minutes. Serve hot.
