- Whisk the oil and sugar together for 10 minutes. Add the eggs one at a time and beat well.
- Add the flour, choker, salt, baking powder, vanilla essence and ground almonds to the eggs and mix thoroughly.
- Form into rounds, squares, or any shape you like, and place in a baking tray.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 25 minutes. Remove and cool, then store in an air-tight container.
