  1. Whisk the oil and sugar together for 10 minutes. Add the eggs one at a time and beat well.
  2. Add the flour, choker, salt, baking powder, vanilla essence and ground almonds to the eggs and mix thoroughly.
  3. Form into rounds, squares, or any shape you like, and place in a baking tray.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 25 minutes. Remove and cool, then store in an air-tight container.
