  1. Add all the filling ingredients in one bowl and mix them well.
  2. Make a cut in chicken fillet and add salt and pepper and mix it well. Fill the chicken with the prepared filling.
  3. Coat the chicken fillet in flour, egg mixture and breadcrumbs and set aside.
  4. For dressing add mayonnaise, chilies, lemon, mint and salt in a bowl and mix them together.
  5. Heat up the pan and add butter, garlic, mushrooms, cream and milk and let it simmer for a while then add chicken powder, salt and crushed chilies and get it off the stove when sauce gets thickened
  6. Fry the chicken fillet in Eva Cooking Oil and take it out when it turns gold brown.
  7. Assemble the burger by adding all the ingredients.
